In Tamil, the word ‘Thakkali’ means ‘tomato’. This soup is our take on a creamy tomato soup inspired by Indian cuisine. It’s a unique and hearty dish that brings together the rich flavours of tomatoes with freshly shredded spinach for added texture and nutrition.
