Weekly Home Delivery

Thiru's Gourmet uses in-house local deliver personnel and local third party logistics partners to deliver your food to your doorstep. 

Shipping Policy:

Orders placed before Saturday 4:30 PM, will be processed & delivered the following week.

You will be notified as soon as your order has been packed and shipped. The delivery fulfilment will happen the same day the order is packed.

Update July 2022: We are able to deliver across GTA & KW Regions - please confirm your address is within our current delivery zones here.

Please note: We are currently able to ship only to residential addresses.

We are unable to ship to office buildings, or commercial properties.

Delivery costs: 

The minimum order size is $60, with a $10 flat fee within our delivery zone.
Orders over $90, deliver charges will be covered by Thiru's Gourmet.

Return policy:

Any defective products (e.g. not properly sealed, expired) will be replaced free of cost. Gift Card of equal value, or complimentary product on next delivery period.

Please notify within 24 hours of receiving home delivery. All sales are final.

Refund Policy:

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) if the item is defective (seal broken, the lid popped), damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
