A gluten-free fusion of classic chicken noodle comfort and bold Indian masala spices. Created by Chef Thiru in the Middle East for a military general craving hearty, home-style food. The result became an instant favourite, with people amazed at how flavourful a chicken soup could be.

Serving Suggestions
Add fresh cilantro or lemon juice before serving. You can also crack fresh eggs into the soup for a protein boost, served either semi-blanched or stirred for an egg-drop texture.
