Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of peeled shrimp (tail-on optional)
- 2 tablespoon oil
- ½ cup chopped onions
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 Jar Thiru’s Curry Madras
Cooking Method
- Sautee onion in oil until golden brown on high heat
- Empty Curry Madras & add shrimp, simmer in medium heat
- Once the shrimp is fully cooked, add in coconut milk and tomatoes
- Stir and simmer until gravy is fully reduced
- Add cilantro as garnish & serve
Options
Substitute your choice of meat (boneless) instead of shrimp.
