Shrimp Moilly

Serve shrimp on cracked ice with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce alongside. Do Ahead: Sauce can be made up to 1 day ahead. Keep chilled.

  • 1 ½ cups of peeled shrimp (tail-on optional)
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 Jar Thiru’s Curry Madras

Cooking Method

  1. Sautee onion in oil until golden brown on high heat
  2. Empty Curry Madras & add shrimp, simmer in medium heat
  3. Once the shrimp is fully cooked, add in coconut milk and tomatoes
  4. Stir and simmer until gravy is fully reduced
  5. Add cilantro as garnish & serve


Substitute your choice of meat (boneless) instead of shrimp.
