🍤 Shrimp Jhal Frazie Fried Rice

What You’ll Need:
Shrimp · Cabbage · Green Peas · Carrots · Peppers · Eggs · Scallions · Oil · Salt & Pepper · Cold Rice · 1 Jar Thiru’s Jhal Frazie
How to Make It:
1. Prep: Cut cabbage and peppers, peel/cut carrots, chop scallions
2. Clean and halve the shrimp
3. Scramble eggs in a hot oiled pan; set aside
4. Sauté shrimp with 1 tsp Jhal Frazie sauce; set aside
5. Sauté carrots and peppers in oil; add half of the sauce
6. Add cabbage, followed by shrimp, scrambled eggs, scallions, and rice
7. Mix well, season with salt and pepper
8. Garnish with scallions and serve
💡 Use leftover rice for the best texture – works great with basmati or jasmine.
