What You’ll Need:

Chicken · Potatoes · Oil · Salt & Sugar · 1 Jar Thiru’s Vindaloo

How to Make It:

1. Cut chicken and potatoes into cubes

2. Boil potatoes with a teaspoon of Vindaloo sauce and salt (10 minutes), then drain

3. In a pan, heat oil and add Vindaloo sauce

4. Add chicken and cook until 75% done

5. Stir in more sauce and add the boiled potatoes

6. Season to taste with salt and sugar

7. Serve hot

💡 Pairs beautifully with naan or steamed rice.
