Creamy chickpeas in tomato-spiced sauce – comforting & quick.

What You’ll Need:
1 Can Chickpeas (drained) · Tomatoes · Cilantro · 1 Jar Thiru’s Curry Madras
How to Make It:
1. Dice tomatoes and chop cilantro (separate stems and leaves)
2. Bring Curry Madras sauce to a boil
3. Add chickpeas and cilantro stems
4. Lightly mash 1/4 of the chickpeas in the pan
5. Add diced tomatoes and simmer
6. Finish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot
💡 Serve with basmati rice or fresh roti for a full meal.
