- 1 ½ cup cubed beef (your favourite cut)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup diced green peppers
- ½ cup chopped spring onions
- 1 Jar Thiru’s Jhal Frazie
Cooking Method
- Empty Thiru’s Jhal Frazie in a pan
- Add beef & water, simmer on medium heat and cover (stir frequently)
- Uncover once beef is fully cooked, add in bell peppers
- Stir and simmer until gravy is fully reduced
- Add cilantro as garnish & serve
