What You’ll Need:
Eggplant · Bell Peppers · Oil · Black Pepper · Scallions · 1 Jar Thiru’s Jhal Frazie
How to Make It:
1. Dice bell peppers and slice eggplant into thin strips
2. Sauté bell peppers, then remove from pan
3. Sauté eggplant with a few spoonfuls of sauce
4. Add remaining Jhal Frazie sauce to the pan
5. Return bell peppers and add scallions
6. Season with salt and pepper
7. Garnish with scallions and serve
💡 Great with tofu or paneer as an added protein.
