What You’ll Need:
Potatoes · Salt & Sugar · Pepper · Oil · Cilantro · 1 Jar Thiru’s Ala Goa
How to Make It:
1. Peel and cut potatoes into thin julienne
2. Blanch in boiling salted water for 5 minutes
3. Drain, dry, and chill for 5 minutes
4. Sauté in oil until golden brown
5. Heat Thiru’s Ala Goa sauce in a pan
6. Bring to a boil, then stir in sautéed potatoes
7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot
💡 Swap in cauliflower for a lighter variation!
